The Company operates three main divisions.
The company offers turnkey management solutions for landfill operations including the supply of all labour, equipment and management. The company has significant experience in planning and implementing such activities and can tailor solutions to fit specific budgets. The company offers a successful alternative to Governments and Operators wishing to outsource landfill activities. A unique advantage the company is able to offer is extraction and disposal of all waste plastics which being no biodegradable represent the major obstacle to repatriation of landfills into usable land. With its pyrolysis division converting waste plastics into fuel and electricity the company is able to extract and use waste plastics enabling rehabilitation of the remaining land.
The company manufactures its own landfill equipment and pyrolysis plants which are available for purchase and which the company uses in its own landfill activities.
The company has significant experience with the operation of pyrolysis and has been involved in pyrolysis operations over the last eight years developing three generations of pyrolysis technology. The company’s current third generation pyrolysis plants can be tailored to suit specific locations and scaled up to 10,000 kg capacity with future targets of up to 50,000kg per day. Pyrolysis plants generally yield up to 80% conversion depending on the type and cleanliness of waste plastic feedstock and produce fuel of sufficient quality to power slow stroking diesel engines, and with refinement or blending automotive applications.
